Unless otherwise specified and confirmed by Grovia, all products and services provided by Grovia are non-refundable upon purchase, and Grovia is under no obligation to refund any fees paid by users and/or Clients, in whole or in part.

Without prejudice to any other rights of Growia under these Terms of Service, if a user and/or Client violates these terms in any way, Grovia may take whatever action it deems appropriate to remedy such violation.
Users and/or Clients may review the latest version of these Terms of Service at any time on this page. Grovia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to renew and/or replace any part of these Terms of Service by uploading updates and changes to the Grovia website.
